Getting listed → Verification → Project inclusion

1. Onboards to platform via web or assisted onboarding.
2. Submits land details, including location, size, ownership documents.
3. Platform guides through verification checklist (title deed, photos, coordinates).
4. Third-party verifier assigned to conduct suitability and ownership checks.
5. Land status updated to “Verified” and listed in the marketplace.
6. Land is visible to off-takers (but not investors).
7. If selected by G4 Farms for a project, landowner is contacted and onboarded into a production agreement.
8. Monitors project progress and receives updates through the platform.
9. Receives payments per contractual milestones.
